The Maryknoll Sister intranet is place to share documents, images and videos and participate in our Forum, an online discussion area.
An intranet is a private, nonpublic section of the internet. The Maryknoll Sisters intranet is hosted on a secure server and is password protected.
Once you are logged in, you will see menu options above for Documents and Forum. Click the Documents menu option to access Maryknoll Sisters documents available to all users logged into the Maryknoll Sisters intranet. Click the Forum menu option to view and participate in our online discussion areas.
Depending on your level of access, you may also see additional menu options to View Files and Upload Files and your Forum and/or Logoff menu links may be accessed by clicking the dots at the end of the menu above.
Who can access which files?
Access to certain file folders is customized to your login username. In file folders where you have access, you may view and download files. You may also have access to upload new files.

Currently only the file types listed below may be uploaded:
Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint files, PDF)
Image Files (jpg, gif, bmp, png)
Sound Files (mp3, wav, wma )
Video Files (avi, mov, qt, mp4, wmv)
